Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy sets out how Odazzit Pte Ltd comply with the provisions of Personal Data Protection Act of your residential country. It will also help you understand the way in which we collect, use, disclose and/ or retain your Personal Data. You agree and consent to us, to collect, use and disclose and/ or retain your Personal Data in the manner set forth in this Personal Data Protection Policy.
From time to time, we may update this Personal Data Protection Policy to ensure that our Policy is consistent with developments and trends subject to your legal rights. This Personal Data Protection Policy forms a part of the terms and conditions governing your relationship with us and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Policy and the Terms of Service, the provisions of the Terms of Service shall prevail.
Voluntary Disclosure
Any Personal Data or content that you voluntarily disclose in public areas becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by other users for any reason. Your profile pages (“Profile”) and any online classrooms you participate in are typically publicly available. You may delete content you post to public classrooms. If you need assistance with controlling your account privacy settings or with deleting content, please contact us at support@odazzit.com. Removal of posted content does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information (e.g., some content may be “invisible” to other users but remain on our servers in some form). You should exercise caution before disclosing your Personal Data via these or any other public venues. For example, if you choose to sign up for an account, you may have a Profile on the site, containing your full name and some basic information including your location and bio. You may also add additional optional information to your Profile. Any information you choose to provide as part of your Profile should reflect how much you want other Odazzit users to know about you.
We recommend that you guard your anonymity and sensitive information and we encourage members to think carefully about what information about themselves they disclose in their profile pages. You can review and revise your profile information at any time.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16, unless the account is registered under the parent or guardian for the learning purposes. If you are under 16, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any Personal Data about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data from a child under age 16, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Information About Cookies
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our Services, and to analyze traffic patterns on the Services. Third Party Advertising We may use third party providers, including Facebook and Google AdWords, to advertise the Services across the internet. We only work with providers who undertake not to provide advertising to persons under 18 years of age. We may display interest-based ads to you when you are using Facebook through a tool offered by Facebook called the Custom Audience Tool. This tool allows us to personalize our ads based on your usage of the Services. We do not share any of your personal information with Facebook. The tool lets us convert your email address to a unique number that Facebook uses to match to unique numbers Facebook generates from email addresses of its users. Odazzit Talents (“Coaches”)
As discussed above, we may give your Personal Data to the coaches for classes (“Coaches”) that you sign up for so that they can coordinate their classes. As part of our Terms of Use, Odazzit Coaches agree not to abuse other users' Personal Data. Abuse is defined as using Personal Data for any purpose other than those explicitly specified in the Coaches' Class. However, please understand that Odazzit Coaches are not our employees or consultants and that we are not party to any transaction between you and the Teacher. As a result, we cannot control their actions and cannot be held liable for any actions that they may take.
SECTION 1 - WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND WHAT WE DO WITH THEM?
When you register your membership with us, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, email address, date of birth, residential address, contact numbers, Video and Photos submitted. With your permission, we may send you emails about our mobile application, new features, marketing the platform and other updates.

How do you get my media release consent?
By submitting your video & media content on the platform, you consent us to use your media (free of rights) for the purpose of marketing your services on our platform and our partner platforms.
How do you get my data consent?
When you register your membership on ODAZZIT.COM, you agree to provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card (consent to Stripe.com), place an order, arrange for a service we imply that you consent to our collecting your personal data and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at support@odazzit.com
SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 – INFORMATION HOSTING
Our mobile application is hosted on Amazon Web Services and Bubble.io. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to market our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Amazon Web Service’s and Bubble.io data storage, databases and the general Odazzit application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. By transacting with us, you agree that you would be subject to the terms of Bubble.io and Amazon Web Services. You agree with the manner of storage of your data under the terms of Bubble.io and Amazon Web Services. When you choose the direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe.com ® stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
SECTION 5 - INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDERS
In general, third-party service providers on Odazzit marketplace are independent operators and do not have direct affiliation with Odazzit Pte Ltd. They will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to render their services procured by you. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located. Once you leave our Odazzit Site or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our Odazzit Terms of Service. When you click on links on our mobile application, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

By using our service, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this service.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at anytime, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Odazzit site or our app. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
